The Undertaker Claps Back At Podcast Haters – “Relax and enjoy the ride!”

WWE legend The Undertaker isn’t here for the drama. The Hall of Famer has finally addressed the backlash over his wife, Michelle McCool, stepping in as the new co-host of his Six Feet Under podcast—and he’s making it clear that he’s the one calling the shots.

On the latest episode, “The Deadman” fired back at critics who claimed McCool’s involvement has hurt the show. His response? Calm down.

“Look, this is where we’re at. This is the direction I wanted to take the show,” Taker said firmly. “Whether you like it or don’t like it, I do this—we do this—for fun. If you’re entertained, great. If not, that’s fine too. This is America—you can do whatever you want. Just relax and enjoy the ride.”

The podcast has gone through major changes since WWE took it over. Originally co-hosted by Matthew Lyda, the show shifted gears when Lyda was dropped, and McCool stepped in alongside her husband. Not everyone loved the shake-up, but The Undertaker isn’t backing down.

McCool’s WWE presence is growing too. Not only is she part of the podcast, but she’s also been added to the cast of Season 2 of WWE’s reality series LFG. Her addition came right after Mickie James was removed, sparking fan speculation that James was cut to make room for McCool.

No matter the chatter online, Taker has made it clear—he’s moving forward with McCool by his side as both co-host and creative partner.

And in true Undertaker fashion, he’s keeping busy outside the podcast too. At WWE Wrestlepalooza, he shocked fans with a surprise appearance to announce Stephanie McMahon’s induction into the WWE Hall of Fame Class of 2026.

Love it or hate it, The Undertaker isn’t asking for permission—he’s telling fans to sit back, relax, and enjoy the ride.
