💔 Jeff Hardy Seriously Injured After Risky Spot At Bound For Glory — Matt Hardy Reveals The Truth Behind His Brother’s Scary Moment

Wrestling fans are sending their thoughts and prayers to Jeff Hardy after heartbreaking news about his health surfaced following Bound for Glory 2025.

The Hardy Boyz took on their legendary rivals, The Dudley Boyz, in what was billed as one final showdown between the two iconic tag teams. The emotional clash had fans in Massachusetts on their feet — but it ended in concern for Jeff Hardy.

During the match, Jeff performed his signature Swanton Bomb from the top of a ladder — a move that instantly went viral but came at a painful cost.

On his “Extreme Life with Matt Hardy” podcast, Matt Hardy revealed that Jeff suffered a nasty cut on the back of his head and needed immediate medical attention after the brutal landing.

“Yeah, Jeff had a big gash in the back of his head that had to be glued. They could’ve stitched it or glued it, but he did have a pretty bad cut,” Matt shared. (H/T Ringside News)

According to Matt, the injury might have been even worse had Jeff not intentionally adjusted his landing.

“Looking back, I think Jeff didn’t want to crush D-Von when he landed, so he came up a little short on purpose. He kind of sacrificed himself to make it easier on D-Von.”

Jeff Hardy’s selfless act reminded fans why he’s considered one of the most fearless and passionate performers in wrestling history — always willing to put his body on the line to protect others and entertain millions.

As of now, it’s unclear whether Jeff will need to take time off to recover, but fans around the world are hoping this isn’t the last time they see The Charismatic Enigma in action.
