CM Punk Criticized by Former AEW Star Over Backstage Attitude

CM Punk has once again found himself under scrutiny—this time for the way he reportedly carried himself behind the scenes during his AEW run.

Punk has long been known as someone who marches to the beat of his own drum, but according to former AEW star Bobby Fish, that attitude didn’t always sit well with the locker room.

In a recent conversation with TMZ’s Inside The Ring, Fish didn’t hold back. He explained that Punk never seemed interested in blending in with the rest of the roster.

According to Fish, Punk maintained a private locker room—something that only a select few, like Sting, also had access to. But Fish made it clear that Sting’s status in the business made his situation completely different.

“He never seemed like part of the locker room. He had his own locker room. And yes, Sting had one too, but Sting is Sting—there’s no comparison,” Fish said.

CM Punk Set for Survivor Series WarGames

Meanwhile, Punk’s current WWE run is heating up. On this week’s Monday Night RAW, he joined forces with Cody Rhodes and Jey Uso in a chaotic brawl against The Vision’s Bron Breakker, Bronson Reed, and Logan Paul.

Following the clash, Reed fired off a message on social media, warning the trio that they’re stepping into a war at Survivor Series.

Both teams still have one mystery member yet to be announced, and the rumor mill is buzzing. Reports suggest that WWE could be preparing to bring in none other than John Cena and Roman Reigns to bolster the babyface side.
