Bubba went on to credit Knight for how he handled the setback, especially acknowledging his rough stretch on-screen. “Things haven’t been going so great for me lately,” Knight admitted — a moment Bubba called honest, relatable, and exactly what a strong babyface should do.
While Knight continues to impress, fans remain divided. Many believe he’s being held back and deserves a full push into the main-event scene — even a World Championship run. For now, WWE seems content keeping him in the upper mid-card, despite his consistent reactions and performances.
