The Miz and Danhausen’s Tag Team Name Has Finally Been Revealed
The newest member of WWE’s roster isn’t wasting any time making connections backstage—and he’s already got a name picked out for a potential partnership with one of the company’s most decorated champions.
Danhausen has been everywhere since popping out of that mysterious crate at Elimination Chamber, and his latest move has fans talking about what could be next for the face-painted star.
After showing up on RAW to curse Dominik Mysterio (which clearly worked, by the way), Danhausen made his way to SmackDown tonight for a meeting with general manager Nick Aldis. Instead of asking for a match or a title shot, he did what any reasonable person would do—demanded a Hall of Fame induction right off the bat.
Aldis had other ideas. He paired Danhausen with The Miz as his mentor, and let’s just say the A-Lister wasn’t exactly thrilled about babysitting duty. One curse later, and Danhausen is already thinking ahead to tag team gold.
“Very Awesome, Very Evil. Think about it Mr. Mizanianan,” Danhausen posted on social media, floating the idea of teaming up with the 20-time champion.
The name works on multiple levels—playing off both Superstars’ catchphrases while creating something that actually sounds like a legitimate tag team. And considering The Miz has held just about every title WWE has to offer, he’s got the experience to guide someone through the ups and downs of the roster.
There’s been some chatter that Danhausen’s initial debut didn’t quite hit the mark with fans, but things might be shifting behind the scenes. According to reports, the response to his RAW appearance has changed “a lot of tones” regarding how the company views their newest signee.
With WrestleMania 42 right around the corner in Las Vegas, the timing could be perfect for Danhausen to find his footing. Whether that means aligning with Miz, continuing to curse his way through the locker room, or something completely unexpected remains to be seen.
