Triple H Discusses Potential Brock Lesnar WWE Return
Triple H talked about the chance for Brock Lesnar to make a WWE comeback.
Lesnar was there the last time at SummerSlam 2023 and he was beaten by Cody Rhodes in the battle of their trilogy. In a rather rare occasion of sporting respect, Lesnar hoisted Rhodes’ hand up high after the fight, admitting the current Undisputed Champion’s triumph.
Along with the UK media, after a roundtable with London’s Sunil Patel (ENS), a potential WWE event at Wembley Stadium was being talked about by them, the interview was done. Paul Levesque, or Triple H, who went with Vince McMahon to talk to the Mayor of London and then commented on the issue, brought it up. He made it clear that the door is not close but on the other hand, there are no specific plans in place for Lesnar to come back:
“You’ll have to ask Brock Lesnar that. Brock does his own thing. I’m sure he is up in Canada now, watching his kids play hockey and enjoying life. We’d be receptive to the idea if and when he chooses to do something. But, it only makes sense to first reach the point of confirmation for that, and then we merge.”
Lesnar was brought back and it was set that he would wrestle Gunther at the 2024 Royal Rumble, but the programming schedule shifted when the ‘MeToo’ movement hit the decks and Vince McMahon was alleged by a woman he used to work with Janell Grant. The suit came up with the information that a ‘former UFC Heavyweight Champion’ received explicit texts from Grant which she texted following McMahon’s request. In the face of these accusations, Lesnar was sidelined from all creative plans and isn’t a WWE 2K24 video game character.
