Cory Hays of PW Nexus first reported on Sunday evening that Lashley, Tamina, and MVP were no longer listed on WWE’s internal roster. This was quickly followed by a report from Fightful, which confirmed Hays’ findings and added that Lashley’s contract is nearing its expiration. This fits a trend in 2024, where WWE either lets contracts expire or renews them at the last minute.
Bobby Lashley, also known as “The Almighty,” has been missing from WWE television for a few weeks, leading fans to wonder about his status. Although his profile, along with MVP’s and Tamina’s, remains on WWE’s active Superstars section for now, their removal from the internal roster suggests a potential departure.
MVP’s response to the news added fuel to the speculation. About 90 minutes after the report, MVP tweeted a salute emoji, hinting at his possible exit from WWE. He also retweeted Big E’s post celebrating Lashley’s many accomplishments, which seemed to acknowledge Lashley’s potential departure.
