3 Mega WWE Superstars Confirmed to Miss Clash in Paris – Fans Left Heartbroken!

WWE is finally bringing the action back to Paris this week with a stacked tour that includes SmackDown on August 29, the highly-anticipated Clash in Paris on August 31, and Monday Night Raw on September 1. It’s the company’s first major return to France in years, and excitement is off the charts.

But there’s some disappointing news for fans in Paris—three of WWE’s biggest names won’t be stepping inside the ring at Clash in Paris.

⭐ The Main Event Spotlight

The headline attraction will see Seth Rollins defend his World Heavyweight Championship in a massive Fatal 4-Way against Jey Uso, CM Punk, and LA Knight. But while this promises fireworks, some of the company’s top stars will sadly be missing from the lineup.

Clash in Paris

❌ Who’s Skipping Paris?

  • Brock Lesnar
The Beast Incarnate hasn’t been seen since SummerSlam 2015 (yes, it’s been that long!), and he won’t be showing up in Paris either. Reports suggest Lesnar is saving his return for SmackDown on September 12 and 19, with a blockbuster clash against John Cena lined up for Wrestlepalooza on September 20.
  • Cody Rhodes
After teaming with Drew McIntyre on SmackDown, the Undisputed WWE Champion has taken some time away. Fans in Paris won’t get to see him either, as Cody is preparing for his title defense against McIntyre at Wrestlepalooza. His last big moment came when he defeated John Cena at the summer’s biggest show.
  • Randy Orton
The Viper recently returned and teamed with country star Jelly Roll against Drew McIntyre and Logan Paul, but he’s also skipping the Paris event. Orton has been resting since SummerSlam and won’t be part of this historic night.

While Paris fans will still get a star-studded show, missing legends like Lesnar, Rhodes, and Orton is bound to sting. Still, with Rollins, Punk, Uso, and LA Knight in the main event, the City of Lights is set to witness an unforgettable clash.
