Kevin Owens Ranks 14-Time World Champion as WWE’s Biggest Star, Surpassing John Cena and Roman Reigns

Kevin Owens has these days made a bold assertion, naming Randy Orton as the most important WWE Superstar, even over household names like John Cena and Roman Reigns.

Since his go back to WWE, Randy Orton has arguably been on the high-quality run of his storied career. Despite his on-display persona often being some distance from pleasant, Orton has earned the respect and friendship of many, such as Kevin Owens. The former Universal Champion lately expressed his admiration for “The Viper,” putting forward that Orton stands above Cena and Reigns as the most enormous WWE megastar.

In an interview with the Daily Mail, Owens discussed his partnership with Orton, describing it as one of the highlights of his profession. He defined why he considers Orton a larger superstar than Cena and Reigns, pointing out that while the latter two have often been polarizing figures, Orton has continually acquired overwhelming support from the WWE Universe.

At 44, the 14-time global champion shows no symptoms of slowing down, recently signing a new 5-year settlement with WWE. Despite dealing with a profession-threatening injury, Orton made an excellent comeback, similarly solidifying his legacy.

“A lot of superstars like Roman [Reigns] and [John] Cena had been polarizing, with some enthusiasts loving them and others hating them. But Randy? I’d say ninety eight percent of the target audience loves him,” Owens remarked at some point of the interview.

Owens and Orton’s bond has grown stronger over their mutual disdain for The Bloodline and Logan Paul. Orton has even long gone on record to say that Owens is one of the few friends he has in WWE. Whether the two will pursue tag crew gold collectively remains to be seen.

While Owens has not anything but praise for Orton, the same can’t be said about his dating with CM Punk. In the identical interview, Owens gave a candid evaluation of his strained relationship with “The Second City Saint.”

“The Prizefighter” revealed that he would not communicate with Punk, noting that they aren’t buddies. Their issues date again to their days in Ring of Honor (ROH), wherein they clashed over Owens wrestling in a T-shirt.

Since Punk’s go back at final 12 months’s Survivor Series, the two had a short interaction behind the curtain on SmackDown, teasing a potential destiny showdown. A feud among them appears inevitable, with lovers eagerly looking forward to the moment.
