“It Took Me 50 Years… She did it in 12!” – Ric Flair Shocks Fans by Saying THIS WWE Star Has Already Passed Him

Ric Flair isn’t exactly known for being modest, but this time, the Nature Boy stunned the wrestling world with words that hit straight from the heart.

Flair’s legendary career stretched nearly five decades, earning him 16 recognized world championships, countless classic matches across WWE, WCW, and NWA, and an immortal place in history as the face of the “Nature Boy” persona and the leader of the iconic Four Horsemen. Simply put, Ric Flair didn’t just define greatness—he lived it.

But according to Flair himself, someone has already gone beyond everything he accomplished.

And that someone is his daughter.

Ric Flair Says Charlotte Has Already Outdone Him

Taking to social media, the two-time WWE Hall of Famer shared a heartfelt photo alongside Charlotte Flair and delivered a statement that immediately caught fans off guard.

“It took me 50 years to build my legacy; you’ve surpassed it in 12! The Greatest Of All Time ❤️”

Coming from a man who has never shied away from declaring himself the greatest, this praise carried enormous weight.

Charlotte Flair has built a résumé that most wrestlers—men or women—could only dream of. She currently holds 14 Women’s World Championships, the most in WWE history, along with two Royal Rumble victories and countless WrestleMania moments. In just over a decade, she has become the standard-bearer of WWE’s women’s division.

For Ric to say her legacy already surpasses his, despite him spending four times longer in the business, speaks volumes about Charlotte’s impact on modern wrestling.

A Rare Father-Daughter Wrestling Moment

Wrestling families are common, but moments like this are rare. Ric Flair didn’t just praise Charlotte — he essentially passed the torch in public, acknowledging that the legacy of “Flair” has evolved and grown beyond its original foundation.

For fans, it was a powerful reminder that while Ric built the road, Charlotte has sprinted down it and broken records along the way.

Off the Ring: Ric Flair Involved in Major Lawsuit

Away from the emotional tribute, Ric Flair has also made headlines for far more serious reasons.

Flair and boxing legend Mike Tyson have filed a federal lawsuit against former executives of cannabis company Carma HoldCo Inc., accusing them of running a massive embezzlement scheme connected to the Tyson 2.0 and Ric Flair Drip brands.

The 76-page complaint, filed in U.S. District Court in Illinois, alleges wire fraud, money laundering, extortion, securities fraud, and self-dealing. According to the lawsuit, executives treated the company like a “personal piggy bank,” allegedly misusing over $1 million on private jets, yacht expenses, luxury meals, home renovations, and unauthorized bonuses.

Flair and Tyson are seeking more than $50 million in damages and have demanded a jury trial. The accused executives have strongly denied the allegations, dismissing the lawsuit as a “shakedown” and calling the claims fictional.

Legacy, Pride, and Passing the Torch

While the legal battle plays out, Ric Flair’s emotional message to Charlotte remains the real headline for wrestling fans. Seeing a man who built one of the greatest legacies in sports openly admit that his daughter has already gone further is both rare and powerful.

If Ric Flair says Charlotte Flair is the GOAT, it might be time for the rest of the wrestling world to stop debating — and start accepting it.
