Roman Reigns vs. The Rock? WWE’s Next Big WrestleMania Showdown Teased!
Roman Reigns has made his highly anticipated return to WWE following his loss to Cody Rhodes at WrestleMania XL, only to find that everything has changed during his absence.
The Tribal Chief has long been a dominant figure in WWE, but during his time away, Solo Sikoa seized control of The Bloodline. Sikoa orchestrated a power shift by ousting Jimmy Uso and Paul Heyman, declaring himself the new Tribal Chief. He then brought in reinforcements, including Jacob Fatu, Tama Tonga, and Tonga Loa.
Upon his return, Reigns didn’t hide his displeasure. In fact, he assisted Cody Rhodes in defeating Sikoa to retain his title. However, Reigns has since faced a brutal assault and was notably absent from this week’s SmackDown. Speculation has arisen about this storyline potentially setting the stage for a match between Roman Reigns and The Rock at WrestleMania. However, according to WRKD Wrestling, the chances of this match happening at WrestleMania 41 are slim. Instead, it appears more likely that The Rock will face Cody Rhodes, with the Reigns-Rock showdown potentially being pushed to WrestleMania 42.
WRKD Wrestling, known for its accurate WWE predictions, responded to a fan’s query, indicating that the Reigns-Rock match may not happen as soon as fans hope. However, with plenty of time before WrestleMania, plans could change, just as they have in the past.
One major mystery remains: The Rock’s possible involvement in the recent betrayal of Roman Reigns within The Bloodline. Solo Sikoa’s takeover seemed to come out of nowhere, leading to fan speculation that The Rock might be pulling the strings behind the scenes. But as of now, nothing has been confirmed.
