Seth Rollins Shares Positive Injury Update – Hints at WrestleMania Return
Seth Rollins has finally shared some good news about his recovery. The former Universal Champion has been out of action since suffering a shoulder injury during his match against Cody Rhodes at WWE Crown Jewel 2025.
Recently, Rollins revealed that he would need close to six months before he can step back inside the ring, putting his expected return somewhere around WrestleMania 42 season.
Now, Rollins has given fans fresh hope.
Rollins Is Out of the Shoulder Brace – Feeling Better Already
During an appearance on “The Rich Eisen Show,” Rollins said he’s officially ditched the shoulder brace and is finally starting to feel normal again.
“We’re on track. I got the brace off last week… It’s nice to walk around like a regular person again,” Rollins said with a smile.
He also jokingly addressed the doubts surrounding his recovery:
“If you’re skeptical, you can ask my surgeon. I’m feeling alright. Being able to move without the brace feels great.”
This is one of the strongest signs yet that Rollins is progressing well and targeting a big return in the coming months.

Rollins also opened up on the “Something’s Burning” podcast, comparing today’s WWE locker room to the one he joined back in 2012.
According to him, things were far harsher back then:
“When I came in, it was different. People would try to hold you down. If they felt you were coming for their spot, they wouldn’t help you at all.”
But with most of today’s stars growing together in NXT, Rollins believes the atmosphere has become more supportive:
“Everyone knows each other, and there’s not as much cutthroat behavior. There are still a couple of bad eggs, but nothing like before.”
