Appearing on the No Contest Wrestling Podcast, Gunther called Femi a standout talent with an incredible future.

Gunther believes that reaching such a high level so early comes with a hidden weight. He wants to see how Femi handles the pressure before they ever lock horns.
That is a big burden right from the get go, Gunther explained. I want to see him succeed, because the future is very bright for him. I hope he stays around, so when it comes down to us two, he is going to be ready for it.
What makes this potential feud truly different? Gunther shut down the usual monster vs. monster comparisons.
He made it clear this wouldn’t be like Oba Femi versus Brock Lesnar. Gunther openly admitted Femi is stronger and younger, so meeting him on a pure physical level makes no sense. Instead, he wants to flip the script.
The true test, according to Gunther, would be watching himself wrestle from underneath against a stronger opponent. He wants to see if Femi can last 20 minutes in a longer, smarter match against someone far more experienced.
That is why I need him to gain experience himself first, Gunther added. When I meet him, I want to meet him on eye level.
